Another but with open value tablet on blue on white form with imprint S.T. Leigh & Co Sydney. Issued December 5th 1870 No 23, for £2- 14- 10 1/2 (see Nicholson sale, lot 1639). Both cross cancelled in ink and rubber stamped at the CBC Inverell. Ragged on corners, otherwise good fine and very rare. (2)

Stuck to backing paper, severe tear and piece missing where imprint is (De Gruchy & Leigh Sc Sydney) red on white. A completely unknown issue previously and while only fair an interesting and unique note.
