STIRLINGSHIRE, Fintry, halfpenny, a ring punch countermark P.by Robert McNee Fintry* struck on the reverse of a Gilbert Shearer Glasgow halfpenny, 1791 (Davis 119). Countermark nearly complete and good fine, token worn, very good, very rare.

Ex Alex Hannah (lot 667 part) Collection (from Seaby in 1965).
