LETTER, from the Police Department, not dated, to Major Schwer (?) Police Magistrate at Richmond, re receipt of intelligence of the four men (description enclosed) that have absconded from the Coal Mines at Tasman's Peninsula with instructions to sending a party of constables to two described places where the escapees plan to land. Very fine condition.
