Gordian III laureate draped and cuirassed bust to right facing Tranquillina draped bust to left, around AVT K M ANT **GORDIANO*C AV**G* CAB, TPANKV**LL*I/NACE in exergue, rev. Sarapis standing to left, holding sceptre and raising his hand, around MECAMBPIAN**WN*, (cf.S.3798, BMC -, SNG Cop.-). Black patina, good very fine and scarce.
