Description
William III, halfcrown, shilling, first bust, 1696 (S.3481, 3497), sea salvage from the HMS Association. Toning, salt water damage, very fine. (2)
Ex Alan McRae Collection, with his display ticket.^^The HMS Association sunk on Gilstone Rock, just off the Isles of Scilly on the 22nd October 1707, returning from Lisbon with a cargo of coins and gold bars.
