Ex John J. Ford Collection, part IX (lot 111), previously Joseph J Mickley Collection; Charles Ira Bushnell Collecton (SH&H Chapman 20/6/1882 (lot 201); New Netherlands in 1955 and Norweb Collection 24/3/1988 (lot 2403).
