W RAE TOKEN, 1879, a British Queen Victoria penny of 1877 with impressed details on obverse, 'W RAE 1879'. Very fine.

William Rae was proprietor of the Railway Hotel at Stirling in 1879. Previously he owned and operated the Stony Creek Hotel near Balclutha.
