ATTICA, Athens, (c.449-413 B.C.), silver drachm, (4.25 g), obv. head of Athena to right, wearing crested helmet, rev. owl standing to right, head facing, olive twig behind, **AQE* before, (S.2527, BMC 74, SNG Cop 41-43). Attractively toned, well struck and well centred, nearly extremely fine and rare in this condition.
