New South Wales, five shillings or holey dollar, 1813, struck on a Charles IIII, Mexico City Mint eight reales, 1799FM, dies A/10 : I/7 (Mira - Noble 1799/13). Has been cleaned in London, slightly porous from immersion in sand on the banks of the Shoalhaven River, near Nowra, NSW where found in 1987, otherwise sharp countermarks without wear, coin very fine/good very fine, countermarks good very fine, an interesting specimen with a 'find' pedigree.
