SICILY, Selinus, silver didrachm, (520-500 B.C.), (8.86 grams), obv. selinon leaf, rev. incuse square divided into triangles, (S.730, ANS MN 33, Pl. 3, No.33, this coin). Large flan, steel blue tone, extremely fine weak in places and rare.

Ex. Selinus Archaic Silver Hoard, (this hoard contained 35 coins of Selinus, the most ever found of this mint in a hoard).
