AL-WALID I (A.H. 86-96) (A.D. 705-715), silver anonymous dirham, Jundai Sabur mint (Khuzistan Province), A.H. 92 = A.D. 711, (A.128, cf.BMC 73-4, W. ANS 24). Extremely fine and extremely rare.

Walker notes that the first specimen recorded was by Porter (Num. Chron. 1921, p.318) and it is in the American University collection in Beirut. There is another in the Urfa Find. The cited other specimen is in the collection of the American Numismatic Society.
