DUBLIN, Edward Stephens Wellington penny, 1816, Laureate bust left I. Parkes F on truncation, harp of eight strings (Davis 33), a proof struck in silver. Lightly toned minute test mark on reverse rim at 1 o'clock otherwise FDC and excessively rare if not unique.

Purchased from P. Deane in 1985.
