WIVELISCOMBE, Jno. Featherstone's copper threepence, 1814, female seated on beehive, sheep behind, ship on sea in the distance/legend, by T. Halliday (Davis 122). In wonderful condition for such a large copper piece, dark grey blue tone with some original mint red, uncirculated and very rare thus, probably the finest known.

Purchased from Spink in 1975.
