BUTESHIRE, Rothsay, William Kelly's Rothsay Mills, halfpenny, ring punch countermark 'payable at Rothsay Mills' on a thin unstamped copper blank (Davis 65, S. St 98). Chipped at edges, verdigris, however countermark is good very fine or about as struck.
