ITALY, Lucania, Thurium (Thourioi), (350 -300 B.C.), silver sixth stater or triobol, (1.02 grams), obv. head of Athena to right wearing crested Athenian helmet, rev. bull butting to right, in exergue, **[QO]URIW[N] and Nike flying right above, plain exergual line, (cf.S.449; SNG ANS 1163). Surface porosity, otherwise nearly very fine and scarce.
