IONIA, Ephesus, (202-133 B.C.), AE 18, (3.85 grams), obv. bee with open wings dividing E - **F, all within laurel wreath, rev. stag standing to right, palm tree behind, before monogram of **SO*, below magistrate's name **ARKAS* (Arkas), (cf.S.4411, BMC 135). Attractive deep green patination, otherwise good fine and a rare magistrate.
