Ilkanids (Mongols of Persia), Local Coinage, First Period, Hulagu ibn Tulay ibn Genghiz Khan, (A.H. 654-663) (A.D. 1256-1265), silver dirham, Mardin mint, A.H. [65]8 = A.D. 1259-1260, issue acknowledging the suzerainty of the Great Khan (his brother Khubilai Khan) but not naming him, (A.2122, M.1553 for mint). Off centred, otherwise good very fine and rare.
