Commodus, (A.D. 177-192), silver denarius, Rome mint, issued A.D. 187-8, (2.87 grams), obv. laureate head of Commodus to right, around M COMM ANT P FEL AVG BRIT, rev. around P M TR P XIII IMP VIII COS V P P, Aequitas standing to left, holding scales and cornucopiae, (cf.S.1626, RIC 164, C.538). Short on flan, good very fine.
