Nero, (A.D. 54-68), AE sestertius, issued c.64, Lugdunum mint, (24.2 grams), obv. laureate head to right of Nero, around NERO CLAVD CAESAR AVG GERM P M TR P IMP PP, rev. Around, ANNONA AVGVSTI CERES, Ceres seated left facing Abundance standing right, S C in exergue, (S.678, RIC 430, WCN 416). Fine or better, attractive brown patina, rare.
