Ten dollars, Evans/Fraser (1993), defective note with signatures, watermark and numbers normal but print inverted to rest of note and offset vertically 7mm; ink cancelled AG 789910, note has two numbers in addition as prefix CM and DA 93 789910, (R.316). Extremely fine, and an unusual error.
