Scotland, unidentified issues 1707 (K&L.301; C.-); undated (circa 1720) (K&L.302; C.-); undated (circa 1740) (K&L.308; C.-) (possibly Irish), 1767 (Br.p.153, No.5; C.-); Abbotrule (Roxburghshire)?, A.K. not in monogram (cf.B.2; C.258) C. on large square blank, has large top serif; St. Boswell's (Roxburghshire) undated (circa 1720) (cf.Br.977; C.5707 but on square blank with double border lines) W.W. (joined) above 1691, edge with very wide milling; I.K. in script in sunken panel with serrated edges, struck in copper, possibly a trial or pattern of incumbent's initials; C on either side of thin (tin?) flan with very high rim (circa 1700) may not be a communion token (ex Norweb); AK/1800 reverse R.L. Engraved, altered or defaced tokens (ex Norweb) one as Linton (Kelso) Br.737 copper scratched with M/IS on one side, a rough milled edge brass blank punched A above M, a blank engraved 2 (table number but possibly a regimental button or badge) A.C. 1807 made into a hinge? Fair-very fine, mostly rare or very rare, the first twelve illustrated. (20)
