Mark Antony and Lepidus, (43-42 B.C.), silver quinarius, Gallia Transalpina and Cisalpina mint, (1.80 grams), obv. [M]. ANT. IM[P], above [lituus], capis and raven, dotted border, rev. [LEP IMP] above off flan, simpulum, sprinkler, axe and priest's bonnet, dotted border, (S.399 [£200], Cr.489/3, Syd.1158a, C. Lepidus and Mark Antony 3 [£110]), Short of flan, slightly off centred on the obverse, otherwise nearly very fine and scarce.

Ex. Glendining's London, September 21, 1977, (lot 116). Crawford calculates only 14 obverse dies used on this denomination and type.
