Q. Sicinius, (c.49 B.C.), silver denarius, Rome mint, (3.94 grams), obv. Fortune diademed head to right, FORT before, P.R. behind, rev. Q. SICINIVS III VIR, caduceus and palm in saltire, laurel wreath above, (S.-, Cr.440/1, Syd.938, B.Sicinia 5 [£50]); another associated with C. Coponius, (c.49 B.C.), silver denarius, mint moving with Pompey, (3.71 grams), obv. Apollo head diademed to right, star below, Q. SICINIVS before, III.VIR behind, rev. C. COPONIVS PR S.C. around the club of Hercules surmounted by lion's skin, bow on right, arrow on left, (S.311 [£85], Cr. 444/1, Syd. 939, B.Sicinia 1). Last coin with surface scratches on reverse, otherwise good fine/very fine; very fine/fine, both scarce. (2)
