Description

Danish India, Tranquebar, Frederick III, (1648-1670), lead cash (kas), c.1650-1670, obv. crown over F3, rev. three crowns, (Gray 85, KM.63) (2); another with rev. nettle-leaf, (Gray 87b, KM.70); another rev. with Agnus Dei of Gotland with flag to left, b below, (Gray 90b, KM.73). Fine - good very fine and mostly rare. (4)

These are coins with Provincial Coats of Arms, the three crowns refer to the kingdoms of Denmark, Norway and Sweden.
