Land grant, N.S.W. grant of land purchased by conditional sale without competition, 62 acres at Camden in 1876, signed by Governor of NSW Sir Hercules George Robert Robinson, with seal attached all on parchment; together with an attested copy of Conveyance 18th June 1819 between Mr. Joseph Underwood and Edward Riley of land in Surry Hills (NSW), registered in 1822. Both fine and rare. (2)
