Bolivia, Philip IV (1621-1665), cob eight reales, transitional dated type, [16]52, (nearly three dates), Potosi mint, (24.8 gms), 52 good in all places, Assayer E, (Cal.503, KM.20.1). Struck with usual weak areas, double struck on reverse, uneven roundness, silver colour tone, generally very fine or better and a very rare only date for type coin.
