Syria, Seleucis and Pieria, Seleucia, (after 109 B.C.) and issued in year 12 = 98-7 B.C., silver tetradrachm, (13.66 grams), obv. veiled and turreted bust of Tyche to right, in bead and reel border, rev. thunderbol, with fillet on cushion on stool, **SELEUKEWN / THS IERAS*, below KAI / AUTONOMOU, between legs of stool BI (date = 12), (S.5887, BMC 19, SNG Fitz. 5960). Holed, otherwise very fine.
