Commemorative medals in bronze, Victoria Empress (as the Ceylon five cents obverse die), Jubilee Commemoration Calcutta 16th February 1887 in copper (34mm)(illus). World War I Peace medals, conjoined busts right, Calcutta schools 1919 (31.5mm)(2), Bombay 23rd November 1918, 'To Our Sailors from the Citizens of Bombay', (31.5mm). For Freedom and Honour in brass (32.5mm) milled edge wounded soldier aiding wounded siekh soldier. White metal; Colonial and Indian Exhibition London May 4 1886 (40mm); Visit of Prince of Wales to India 1921, 1922, half length bust left (36mm). Winners, A British Tug of War/ Lucknow Assault at Arms, 1921 engraved on silver disc (27mm). Royal West India Turf Club Ltd 1945- 1946 (members pass) reverse Not Transferable, in silver (?) diamond shape (26mm) by S.M.& Co Ltd (?) Bombay. Nearly fine - extremely fine (11).

The third from Spink in 1973, the last from M.Freehill in 1970, the Tug of War from a London dealer, the others acquired from 1963, the Prince of Wales ex W.G.Wright Collection.
