Coining Press Invented 1817 by D. Uhlhorn, Exhibited at 1851 Exhibition, London, in copper (37mm) edge lettered, struck at the exhibition as an advertising ticket (D&W.69/182). Trial of St. George die, WJT (W.J. Taylor, London) below in copper (32mm) plain edge, reverse blank (H.-). Fine; nearly uncirculated, the second very rare and probably derived from a Pistrucci punch for the sovereign.

The first acquired in London in 1980's, the second from Baldwin in 1992.
