Vauxhall Gardens (Lambeth), ticket in copper (15.7gms)(34.5x40mm) Arion seated on dolphin, decorated border shell beneath, reverse inscribed 'Mr. Da: Pontin/ 11' (D&W 84/ 278 bis). In beautiful condition for this, good extremely fine and rare, possibly the finest of 14 known.
Ex F.Cokayne Collection (obtained from a sale 28/3/1922 with 4 others in silver to Mr Da Pontin) and D.G.Vorley (lot 1008) Collection.
