Herefordshire, Phil. S. Bach, Wintercott, in brass die struck 1 Bushel (oval) 1/- (rectangular) 5/- (octagonal) two of each plus extra 1 Bushel. Uncertain probably Kent or Sussex, cast lead A/3 value 3 (15mm) cast lead, wreath around crowned K, uniface (20mm). Heavy lead cast local farm token (?) 25 over uneven line (30mm). Farm tokens, usually for fruit and vegetable pickers, Kent, Faversham, Ewell Farm, in brass (32mm) stamped 1d another stamped 1«d, used till c 1920 issuer S. Millett. Kent, Stone, E.W. Nettleingham, square, zinc (31mm) by Neal. Kent, Halstead, 1«d A. May in copper (32mm) by Nicklin (see H pl18 for 2d) edge milled circa 1870 (illustrated); Surrey, Petersham, Smerdon Manor Farm 6d brass, 1/- red copper, both heart shaped, by R. Neal. J. Salmon & Son Ltd, 10/- same both sides in brass, bell shaped. E. Catt 1d 1823 in lead (22mm) (illustrated). C over A:C over 17Y58 in bronze bracteate style (23mm) (illustrated).
