Madras Presidency, British Style Coinage system, Gold third mohur or five rupees, issued 1819, struck at Madras mint, (3.88 grams), obv. EIC arms without suporters, around ENGLISH EAST INDIA COMPANY, rev. in Persian 'Five rupees of the Honourable English Company', (Pr. 244, KM. 422). Nearly extremely fine, scarce.
