Septimius Severus, (A.D.193-211), silver denarius, issued 202, Rome mint, (3.3 grams), obv. laureate head to right, SEVERVS PIVS AVG, rev. PART MAX P M TR P X, captives seated either side of base of trophy, (cf.S.1767, RIC 184, RSC 372). Nearly extremely fine.
