China, Northern Sung Dynasty, Emperor Hui Tsung (1101-1125), 'Tai Kwan Tung pao', round cash, value 10 with square hole, same legend both sides, (issued 1107-1110), same four characters on each side, diameter 40mm, (17.1 grams), (cf.Sch. 630 [one side only], TFP 1066, Pl.52). Some minor green encrustation, otherwise very fine and scarce.
