Sassanian King, Yazdgard III, (632-651), silver drachm, (3.3 grams), mint SK = Sakastan, year 20, obv. bearded bust to right with crown, rev. fire altar with attendants, (cf.Sellwood Plate VIII, No.74, Gobl 235, cf.M.1255-6). Good style, extremely fine and very scarce.
