Palestine, Roman Procurator of Judaea, Pontius Pilate, under Tiberius, (A.D. 26-36), copper prutahs, obv. three bound ears of barley, rev. libation ladle and date LIS, (2), (year 16 = A.D. 29), obv. littus, some with partial legends of TIBEPIOY KAICAPOC, rev. date in wreath LIZ or LIH (year 17-18 = A.D.30-31), most with date or traces, (S.5622, 5624, H.648-650 [113-5]). Carefully cleaned and described, otherwise very good - fine, scarce. (6)
