Phoenicia, Tyre, (c.2nd century B.C. - 1st century A.D.), silver shekels or tetradrachms (2), half shekel (1), Tyre mint, one issued year 62 = 65-64 B.C., obv. laureate head of Melqarth beardless to right, rev. eagle to left with closed wings, carrying palm, standing on prow of ship, club to left, (cf.S.5918, 5921, Hendin 917, 918). Heavy porosity on all coins, worn, all of light weight, poor - fine. (3)
