Syria, Seleucis & Pieria, Antiochia ad Orontem, (Antioch), Philip I, (A.D. 244-249 B.C.), billon tetradrachm, (9.5 grams), obv. bust right of Philip I, laureate, draped and cuirassed, around AVTOK K M IOV**L FILIPPO*C CEB, rev. eagle facing open wings, head to left with wreath, around, **DHMARC EXOU*CIAC V**PATO D*, ANTIOXIA over S C in exergue, (cf.S.3958, BMC 517-523). Surface porosity, some original silvering, nearly very fine and scarce.
