Constantine IV, (668-685), gold solidus, Constantinople mint, Class II, issued 668-673, (4.4 grams), officina **Q*, obv. helmeted three-quarter cuirassed bust to right, with frontal plume, holding spear and shield, around dN C T NVSP, rev. Cross potent on three steps, between Heraclius and Tiberius, around VICTOA AVGU**Q*, (S.1153, DOC [6h], To.9-10). Grafiti in field, probably has been mounted, weak in places, otherwise very fine.
