Captain Cook in Australasia, c.1770, proof coin for 1000 kwacha by Zambia in 2000 (KM.99), in copper-nickel with enameled section on the obverse featuring Captain Cook, in case of issue with information card; also Australia, 1970 mint set with Cook fifty cents; 1970 Cook fifty cents (4), three in official holders and one in a prize holder. The mint set with foxing on paper and Cook fifty cents' prize holder with foxing and toning, otherwise uncirculated -FDC. (6)
