Lot 1847

Description

British Army Officer's sword (KC), fullered steel blade (approx 84cm) etched with elaborate pattern including King George V pattern, with a Proved mark in ricasso on one side and on the other side is the maker's name, Armfield's Ltd, Birmingham, crowned GVR on voided metal guard, sharkskin grip on handle, leather scabbard with leather belt and shoulder belt and with leather strap with leather pommel at end, on each belt is written, "A.G.Lawson".
