Frederick William Burton, small goodsman, age 28, born at Gumeracha, S Aust; Enl.05Oct1915 at Holdsworthy, NSW in 8Rfts, 20Bn; Emb.17Dec1915; various postings including to Tel-el-Kebir and finally trf to 54Bn 21Mar1916 and to 62Bn 28Apr1917 and returned to 54Bn 19Sep1917 and to France 07Apr1918; various hospitalizations from 13Aug1918 to 29Jan1919; RTA 31Mar1919; Disch. Medically Unfit 05Jan1920; Died and was buried at Rookwood Cemetery, Sydney, NSW on 25Aug1930.
