Balloon School, Royal Engineers, 1901, (struck circa 1907), in silvered bronze, 32mm, by Fenwick, Dirigible flying over a town, rev. conjoined busts of Edward and Alexandra, (BHM 3697, R); and two 19th Century tokens, Middlesex, J. E. Sparrow farthings, 1823, bust of Sparrow facing left, rev. balloon in flight, “ASCENDED AT OXFORD, JUNE 23, 1823”, the other similar but with different legends, (Bell 7 and 8). (3)
