Battle of the Nile, Davison's Nile Medal, 1798, in bronze (48mm; 40.5g) by Kuchler, (BHM 447; Eimer 890), with incuse edge inscription, 'A Tribute of Regard From Alexr Davison Esqr St.James's Square'.
Ex Alan McRae Collection.
Issued in bronze to crew of ships who saw service in Lord Nelson's victory of the Nile, 1 August 1798.
