The second medal engraved, the fourth medal pantographed; Group of Four: matching miniature medals, both groups court mounted; also, United Fire Brigades Association of NZ, Long Service Medal for five years service, in silver (39mm) (Teutenberg design), with (9) 2 years service bars, reverse inscribed 'D.G.Maxwell/By/Ohakea F.B./30-5-82' (D&C.L3; O&D.115); another (UFBA) Sub-Assn Honorary Life Member medal in silver, no maker, reverse inscribed 'G.D.Maxwell/Ruahine/West Coast/F.B.S.A./05-05-01' (O&D.115).
