Bro.Arch.Todd/by the Bretheren of the/Loyal Mosgiel Lodge/I.O.O.F. M.U. Otago District/As/A Memento Of Their Regard & Esteem/With/Friendship Love & Truth/Feb.23.1883'. Remnants of bracelet attachments either side, otherwise good very fine.
