Queen's Service Medal, (1975). F.MacKinnon. Impressed (O&D.13). In Royal Mint case of issue with miniature. Extremely fine.
Awarded for Community Service, in the 1983 New Year Honours list to Frank MacKinnon who worked for many years with the City of Wellington Pipe Band, including as Pipe Major and President, as well as contributing to judging of contests.
