National Daffodil Society of N.Z, uniface, struck in silver (3) and bronze (2) (33mm), two die varieties, first silver inscribed 'Christchurch/1930' on obverse, '12 Varieties/Daffodils/Raised By Exhibitor W.Balch' on the reverse, second silver inscribed 'Oamaru/1938' on obverse, 'Champion/Seedling/W.Balch' on reverse, first bronze inscribed 'Timaru/1934' on obverse, '12 Varieties/Daffodils/N.Z. Raised/W.Balch' on reverse, second bronze inscribed 'Invercargill/1939' on obverse, '12 Varieties/Seedlings/Raised by Exhibitor/W.Balch' on reverse, also a fifth un-awarded trial piece in silver, all with no makers and with ring top suspensions. Very fine - extremely fine. (5)
