(Anton Teutenberg, Auckland), with (10) 2 Years Service bars (one loose), reverse inscribed 'Super./David John McKay/by/Tomoana F.Wks.F.B./31.1.30' (D&C.L3; O&D.115); 25 Years Service Star, in gold (9ct, tot wt 11.8g, 40mm), no maker, with gold 2 Years Service bar (O&D.115), reverse inscribed 'D.J.McKay/Tomoana F.Wks.F.B./31:1:30'; Honorary Life Member medal in silver, by D.B., reverse inscription erased (O&D.115). Very fine, the second harshly cleaned on reverse. (3)
