(Ashburton Volunteer Fire Brigade), fob medal, hand engraved in gold (9ct, 5.3g, 28x28mm), no maker, reverse inscribed 'W.Tilley/1st/One Man Coupling/Time 50 Secs./1928'; another, as last, in gold (9ct, 10.6g, 38x33mm), no maker, reverse inscribed 'Fastest Time/One Man Coupling/W.Tilley/48 Secs./1930'. Both with ring top suspensions, extremely fine. (2)
